The processes of forming blend and the hydrothermal corn's treftment for the optimization of the corn's prepfrftion on are researched and studied in this Dissertation. The model of forming of grinding blend on the bas of determinative quality coefficients of com taking into account the minimization of the cost of blend is created. The new methods of the multi-cjmpjnent for systems of the foming of grinding blend areresearched. The automatized control systems of the process are elaborated. The model of process of the hydrothermal corg's treatment is improved. the parameters of the model with outlet figures of the corn's solidity and output of grits products identified. The technological schemes os moistening with washover machines and wet corn's peeling are researched. The automatized control systems of the hydrothermal corn's treatment are elaborated.
