Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of characteristic features of thermomechanical state of titanium-aluminium beam constructions kinetics at brazing-welding on the beam constructions kinetics at brazing-welding on the example of development and optimization of production cycle of dissimilar construction elements of the aviation purpose. On the basis of results of numeral and experimental researches the influence of brazing-welding process technological parameters on the feature of stress field formation in area of of dissimilar contact and on the deformed state of beam construction after welding has been determined. The character of change of dissimilar constructions remaining state of stress and strain after heat and mechanical treatment of different types has been defined. The technique of intermetallic phases formation risk estimation in area of liquid aluminium and solid titanium superficial contact has got subsequent development. The kinetics of metal plastic deformation features in the processof brazing-welding constructions from titanium and aluminium from the point of view of hot cracks formation risk in aluminium part of dissimilar joint have been explored. On the basis of results of numerical analysis of thermomechanical processes at brazing-welding and postweld treatment of titanium-aluminium seat tracks optimum technological parameters of these production cycles have been defined, the scientifically proved additions to technological recommendations have been developed.
