Tuleneva O. The pathomorphological diagnostics of chronic placental insufficiency at extrachorial placentas

Dissertation is devoted to pathomorphologic diagnostics of chronic placental insufficiency (CPI) at extrachorial placentas (EP) – it is most frequently anomaly of placental shape. Organometric peculiarities of EP were determined in the aspect of CPI, which significantly restrict an effectiveness of compensatory reactions of tissue and cell levels. It was determined that an immaturity of branched chorion have a place at EP, which show itself nonuniformly (vertical and horizontal heteromorfism) and it is provided by distinctions of local regulation of cell’s quantity in cotyledons of central-paracentral and peripheral parts of organ. It was shown that CPI at EP, which caused by slowdown of chorial villi development, may be compensated on the metabolic level. Were develop criteria’s of pathomorphologic diagnostics of CPI at EP with the regard for clinical compensation of placental pathology.
