Popкova K. Risk management of automobile enterprises’ investment activity

Subject of the study – an investment processes at the motor transport enterprises under risk conditions. The Purpose – the elaboration of theoretical and methodical theses and practical recommendations as to investment activity risk management at the motor transport enterprises under the conditions of unfavourable Ukrainian investment climate. Methods – praxymetrical, abstract and logical, graphical, expert evaluation, system analysis, synthesis, integral calculation, mathematic modeling. Practical importance of got results consists in elaboration methodical approaches and practical recommendations as to investment activity risk management at the motor transport enterprises. The degree of the introduction – the principal methodical and applied results of the thesis have been introduced at practical activity of Ukrainian motor transport enterprises. A number of proposed theses of the research work have been used in the educational process at Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University. Scientificnovelty of got results – the methodical approach to investment decision making utility estimation has been offered in view of investor’s risk tolerance and the dynamic of indexes characterizing Ukrainian investment climate; there have been improved the theoretical and methodical approach to ground and choice of priorities methods of investment risk estimation for motor transport enterprises, the theoretical bases of risk management at the expense of forming the effective mechanism of motor transport enterprises’ investment activity risk management, the motor transport enterprises’ investment activity risks classification; there have obtained further development the procedure of choosing the methods of investment activity risk minimization, the identification of problems of investor’s capital attracting to native motor transport enterprises. The brand is automobile transport activity.
