Nedilko A. Early manifestations of cervical spine degenerative and dystrophic changes in miners at steep seams collieries. Diagnosis and treatment.

Dissertation is devoted the problem of improvement of results of treatment of degenerative-dystrophic changes of cervical spine for the miners of mines with the steep bedding of layers by development of the system of complex early diagnostics. X-ray, KT and MRI proved that to the pilot stady for miners in age from 21 to 30 years at experience of work from 5 to 10 years take the decline of intervertebral pillar 90,4%, hidden instability - 72,1% and uncovertebral arthrosis - 65,4%. The conducted researches allowed to ground basic principles of rehabilitation measures. Application of the developed complex of conservative treatment, directed on the nosotropic links of leading clinical syndrome rotined, allowed to obtain the decline of level of intensity of pain syndrome, increase of volume of active motions in a neck department.
