Gubani G. Diagnostics and prognostication of productive forces of region (on the example of the Zakarpatskaya area)

Theoretical and methodical principles of realization of diagnostics of development of productive forces of region are formulated, grounded row of methodical positions, directed on the increase of authenticity of regional prognoses of development economies which are a base for forming of the spatial programs of socio-economic development. The structure of types of diagnostics, major from which is, is carried out: functional, structural, judicial, retrospective, strategic, exclusive, preventive and complex. The retrospective analysis of development of productive forces of the Zakarpattja and their estimation is carried out for years independence of Ukraine, certainly priority spheres economies which are able to provide the economy growing. On the basis of application of technology of Forsayt the prognosis of development of productive forces of Zakarpatje area is developed to 2025 year.
