Dissertation is devoted to study of coal waste physical, chemical and kinetic properties, developing methods of its fuel preparation, determination of main features of coal waste fuels thermal processing, with the aim to use coal waste as fuel for CFB-boilers. Research units were developed or modified for study of coal waste thermal processing in CFB, determination of aerodynamic properties and pore structure of fuel from schlamm waste. Method was worked out of experimental study of coal waste CFB-combustion. The number of tests was carried out of coal waste combus-tion at laboratory and larger scale plants. Basing on their results, CFB combustion conditions were determined which provide more than 90% carbon conversion, more than 95% sulfur capturing, with NOx and SO2 emissions less than 200-250 mg/nm3. Recommendations were worked out for coal waste using as fuel for CFB-boilers at power plants. Economical expedience was proved of coal waste CFB combustion.
