The principles of the three-layered films on the basis of Co, FeNi, Cu and Ag structure and phase state forming, the influence on electroresistivity and giant magnetoresistance (GMR) of element composition were investigated. There were determined: dominant mechanism of spin-dependent scattering of electrons; influence of layers thickness on the resistivity value and the GMR amplitude; influence on magnetoresistive properties of heat-magnetic treatment and layers thickness. Metalphysics, micro- and nanoelectronics.
