Essay

Object of research: starting and working processes of an asynchronous motor with massive elements in a magnetic circuit (МЕМ) a rotor. The purpose of work: development of the specified mathematical model of a slip-ring motor with МЕМ a rotor and creation of designs of the propellers intended for work in intensive dynamic regimes. Methods of research: methods of the theory of the generalized electromechanical energy converters, methods of the numerical solution of an electromagnetic field. Theoretical both practical results and novelty: the mathematical model of a slip-ring motor with МЕМ a rotor is specified; for the first time expressions for calculation of parameters of equivalent contours of the eddy currents caused by change of a stream in tangential and radial directions are gained; expressions of calculation of a reactive power of a frontal section of a contour are developed; the design of a slip-ring motor with a three-layer massive rotor (ТМR) is developed. Subject and extent of a heading: Results of dissertational work are used at designing a slip-ring motor with МЕМ a rotor of the electric drive of the escalator of the Kiev subway and in educational process NТUU “КPI”. Efficiency of a heading: raise of parameters of reliability and power efficiency of the electric drive. Sphere of use: the electric drive with heavy and frequent start-up.
