Object - process of treatment of openings of small diameter; a purpose is an increase of efficiency of power heads for treatment of openings of small diameter due to development and application of occasions with perspective technological and arrangement descriptions which will realize the difficult cycles of motion of serve; methods are an analysis of the systems, theoretical positions of cutting theory, mekhatroniki and electrical engineering, mathematical design; novelty - first at creation of occasion of serves in theory grounded and possibility of management the cycle of work of power head is experimentally proved depending on the change of turning moment and visevogo effort at boring of openings a diameter to 5 mm; results are a small drilling head with electromagnetic cause of serves for treatment of openings a diameter to 5 mm; introduction - in a production with a considerable economic effect; branch - mechanical engineering
