In this work it is being studied the level of expression and microheterogenity of human а-acid glycoprotein of healthy persons, during inflammation and oncopathology. It has been proved that deglycosylation of antibody to AGP hadn't an influence on their capacity for bounding of antigen. Increasing of AGP concentration in blood doesn't correlate with its content in urine. It has been established skewness in AGP glycosylation degree in blood and urine that depends on the type of pathology.
