Essay

Research object: process of origin of nondetermination results of measuring at multiparameters exsprees-control of composition of friable materials in the conditions of display of insuperable effects of factor influence them physic- mechanical properties. Research purpose: development of methods and devices, step-up exactness and authenticity of the system of exsprees-control composition of organic friable materials due to use information about physic- mechanical and thermophysical properties of materials at the second measuring procedures on the basis of statistical rules of making decision. Research methods and apparatus: methods are based on the use of probability and mathematical statistics theory, to the mathematical model of multifactor of analysis of variance – at research correlated with the parameter of control of informing physical indexes; methods of planning of experiment in the conditions and discriminant analysis – at leading to of adequacy of model of classification of levels of controlparameter; information and theory of self-reactance control theories – at the synthesis of objective function of optimization and at the estimation of authenticity of control of levels of parameter of quality. Theoretical and practical results: on basis of the developed model dispersible, discriminant analysis the methods of construction of the system exsprees-control determination of composition of friable of organic materials are offered. Novelty: the method of informative analysis of the system of indexes of control got subsequent development, which allowed to form the optimum system of indexes in the conditions of indefinite reproducing of levels of the controlled parameter; the method of measuring transformation is developed on the basis of linear discrimination levels of control parameters and the objective function of optimization of amount of the con-trolled levels is synthesized; got and grounded mathematical model of spatial structure of friable ma-terials, that allows to design the processes of heat transfer at the changes of grain-size distribution; in theory and experimentally efficiency of application of thermophysical transformations for the decline of factor influence of grain-size distribution of friable materials.
