Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increasing quality of cutting tools for precise treatment diagnosing. It is achieved by means of increasing the diagnosing depth and probability of correct state recognition of cutting part. The new concept and new methods of multilevel recognition of cutting part state are obtained. They allow to obtain macrodefects, defects and microdefects of worn tools which helps sufficiently to increase the diagnostic depth. The recognition is carried out on the base of processing results of the direct methods. New signs of different level defects are obtained. They are achieved among structural elements of cutting part on the base of common analysis of worn zone images. The usage of thtst signs in the frame of statistic classification and neuron nets provided sufficient increasing of correct recognition probability.
