Object of research - a purine metabolism and trace elements at various variants of a rheumatoid arthritis (RА) and a reactive arthritis (RеА) process; the purpose - to define the pathogenetic importance of infringements purine metabolism and the trace element status and possibility of their correction at RА and ReA, to allocate prognostic criteria of a diseases process; methods - clinical, radiological, ultrasonic, instrumental, atomic-emissional and atomic-absorbtional-spectrometric, biochemical, immunologic, immunoenzymatic, statistical; novelty - interrelations of a purine metabolism and the trace element status among themselves and with an immunity state for the first time are established, their pathogenetic role in the presence of various clinic-laboratory variants of RА and ReA process is proved; results - on the basis of studying of a purine metabolism indicators and the trace element status in an organism of patients with RА and ReA criteria for an estimation of pathological process and prediction of efficiency of therapy are allocated, and well-founded ways of correction established a purine dismetabolism have allowed to raise efficiency of treatment of pathological process; it is introduced in practice of rheumatologic department of Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in therapeutic clinics of Institute of urgent and regenerative surgery named after V.K.Gusak АМS Ukraine and Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorkiy, in Donetsk the centre "Biotic medicine", and also in pedagogical process of Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorkiy; use sphere - medical-diagnostic process of rheumatologic and therapeutic departments, educational process of chairs of a therapeutic profile of medical higher educational institutions.
