Essay

Dissertation is devoted to determination of changes of the technical state of difficult engineering structures, to creation the proper measurement methods and vibration monitoring system. The diagnostic model of anti-landslide anchor, which describes dependence of change of own frequency of anchor on his pull, is obtained. Dependences of power and probabilistic descriptions of the measured vibration signals are certain on the change of the technical state of construction elements for the different types of vibration influence, certainly the most informing descriptions of vibration signals for the estimation of the technical state of con-struction elements of engineering structures. An algorithmic method of diminishing the systematic error of measurements on the basis of wavelet filtration is offered. The pre-production model of the system of the vibration monitoring is developed. It allows to conduct the precise measurements of vibration back-ground of various construction elements of engineering structures and control the technical state of engineering structures.
