Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the investigation into the processes of Ca, Zn and Te refining by the distillation and crystallization techniques and to the development, basing on the results of these investigations, of new technological processes for obtaining high-purity cadmium, zinc and tellurium. A complex manufacturing scheme of obtaining high-purity Cd, Zn and Te consisting in combination of refining processes using the distillation and crystallization techniques is developed. Pilot batches of cadmium, zinc and tellurium of a purity > 99,99998 % are manufactured.
