The object of research is processes of reliable identification of distributed objects of computer systems. A purpose is an increase authenticity of identification of distributed objects of the computer systems for diagnostics and control parameters of energy consumption at the increase amount of objects, due to development of new effective methods and devices of the digital forming and signal processing. Research methods are a structural analysis and synthesis, set theory, theory of numbers, theory of the digital signal processing, theory of stability, and also methods of mathematical design and experimental researches of devices. Theoretical result - in theory proved and explored efficiency of application of compatible, reprogrammed component on the basis of the combined mathematical objects - linear operator and operations above the codes of numbers which determine this operator. A practical result is new digital devices are summarizing, in which absent repletion at addition of the signed numbers application of which is promoted by stability of functioning of digital filters and authenticity of identification of distributed objects of the computer systems, due to high stability of generation of voice-frequency frequencies and narrow bar of admission of filters of their exposure. The forecast descriptions of authenticity have the developed digital devices in the conditions of application of radio channel for connection and extend functional possibilities of apparatus and provide high temporal and temperature stability of frequency of generation and filtration of signals. An economic effect is decreasing expenses on devices of subsystem on identification plenty of objects in the computer systems and exploitation of network. Spheres of the use are the power systems and oil - gase complexes.
