Essay

Dissertation is devoted the decision of actual scientific and practical task of development and creation of models and facilities of integration of these programmatic complexes of computer-aided of buildings and buildings design on the basis of complex digital model of object. Scientific novelty: first offered models and methods of integration of the architecturally and building systems of planning on the basis of complex DMO, which contains the formal specification of building object on all stages of his planning; the first developed model of computer-integrated technological line of the automated planning is on the basis of complex DMO for integration and compatible functionality of architecturally and building programmatic complexes; the method of estimation of correctness and efficiency of technology of integration of architecturally and building programmatic complexes is offered, as bases of choice of variants of realization of complex DMO. The models of information technology of integration are developed on the basis of complex DMO as an upgradable system and formal model of computer-integrated technological line of the automated planning on its basis; the developed conception of the upgradable systems and bases given is for the decision of problem of horizontal integration of specialized architecturally and building programmatic complexes on the basis of complex DMO. Research results drawn on at creation of programmatic facilities on the basis of complex DMO for the computer-integrated technological line of the automated planning of KALIPSO. Introduction of the developed programmatic facilities of information technology of integration is confirmed the use of KALIPSO more, than in 20 project organizations of Ukraine. Industry of the use is building.
