Essay

The object of research: the technological processes of manufacture products polymer optics. The purpose of the study: the development of decision support systems for the synthesis of the best technological processes of manufacture of optical polymer products. The methods of research: theory cutting processing optical polymer materials, the theory of decision-making, methods of artificial intelligence and pattern recognition methods in theory, method of reasoning and the theory of neural networks, control theory, nonlinear programming. The theoretical and practical results: develop a method for constructing decision support systems for the production of optical polymer materials, which is implemented in the form of software and can be used in systems management automation production of optical polymers. Novelty: first developed decision support systems for determining the optimal structure of the process of manufacture of optical polymer products, which is based on the established base of knowledge, techniques of artificial intelligence - the new neural networks and optimal management of operations cutting processing, taking into account the wear tool. The degree of implementation: the results were a practical introduction to business in the manufacture of products made of optical polymers. Application area: develop automated systems management products from the manufacture of optical polymer materials.
