Essay

Generalization of theoretical and methodical positions is carried out in dissertation work, and practical recommendations are similarly developed on perfection of scientifically-methodical bases of the socio-economic districting of region. Allowing to regulate relations between a center and regions and reform the administrative-territorial device of region systematization of principles of the socio-economic districting. First offered approach to the socio-economic districting region taking into account the index of specialization of economic activity and structural changes of socio-economic development regions, the use of which will allow to form new districts by means of enlargement of administrative-territorial educations and selection of their kernel. On the basis of the conducted researches the project of new administrative-territorial device of region is developed taking into account basic specialization of economic activity, level of socio-economic development and structural changes of socio-economic development of small and microregions AR Crimea.
