Vergun O. Morphobiological peculiarities of Symphytum L. species in connection with their introduction in South Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine

There are presented results of the introductive investigations of morphobiological peculiatities Symphytum L. species in the culture by seed and vegetative generation. The investigating plants are related to caudexes, rhizomatous, root-stalk-rhizomatous life forms with semirosettous mono- and dicyclic shoots in Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine are established. The three generations of stalks with suckers during vegetative period are found. There are determined teratogenic changes of stalks such as fasciations. Dinamics of accumulation of the basic nutriens of ever and underground mass Symphytum L. are established. The basic of cultivated of investigating plants are exploited. The most productivity indexes of S. asperum are found.
