Dissertation is devoted to the studies of reproductive process and natural resumption peculiarities of rare, decorative and medical Crimean plants: Adonis vernalis L. and Paeonia tenuifolia L. In this work embryologic characteristics of these species has been given in details: peculiarities of male and female generative structures formation, pollination and fertilization; endosperm- and embryogenesis. There also has been given calendar terms of studied processes in the conditions of the Crimea. Pollination types of each species have been determined and their typical sings have been shown. It was determined that the most sensitive stages of reproductive cycle in the both species were: meiosis and differentiative mitosis during the pollen grains formation, and also the process of pollination. It has been determined that in the conditions of the Crimea resumption of A. vernalis coenopopulations takes place with the way of low seed multiplication but vegetative growth of turf with the following oblique particulation ; of P. tenuifolia - mostly in the seeds way, and also with root growth with partial particulation. The main reasons of quantity reduction of studied species populations have been determined. According to the results of authors investigations practical recommendations for A. vernalis and P. tenuifolia protection in the Crimea have been given.
