In dissertational work results of researches on questions of influence of waste products canning and a sugar industry on efficiency of agricultural crops, change of parameters of fertility of ground are stated: maintenances{contents} гумуса, acidities of ground, the maintenance{contents} of nitrogen, phosphorus and калия. Positive influence of waste products on parameters of microbiological activity, and also influence дефеката and выжимок on агрофизические properties of chernozem is proved. Results of researches of influence of waste products of the sugar and canning industry on formation of parameters of individual efficiency, a crop and quality of agricultural crops (corn on a grain and sugar beet) are resulted. Results of an economic estimation of efficiency of use of waste products of the sugar and canning industry in crops of sugar beet and corn on a grain are stated. It is recommended the best way of recycling of waste products there is joint their entering as fertilizers under agricultural crops in a doze 60 т/га.
