The law of processes of mass-transfer in the multi-layered structures of Ta/Cu/Al, Pb/Fe, Fe/Pb/Fe, Au/Fe/Ni, Ta/Cu, Al/Fe and W/Fe/Cr/Ni/Mn; processes of transformations of structurally-phases in the metallic systems under the action of external factors are axplored. Was determine that dependence of processes of segregation is set on the dose of irradiation, displacements of maximum and ushirenie of peak of spectrums of the second ions; a basic formation tapes with amorfus and diamond - like C. Micro- and nanoelectronics.
