Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the elaboration of solid-phase reagents on the base of silica for the determination of As and Se. The conditions of arsenic HPA sorption and the techniques of As determination have been developed. The interaction of immobilized dyes with sulphide in the presence of Se(IV) and the conditions of Se test-determination have been developed. The iodine concentration by silica have been optimized and the technique of indirect Se determination have been developed.
