Essay

The thesis was devoted to studying of antipodal complex structure formation peculiarities of barley species (Hordeum vulgare L., Hordeum bulbosum L.. The negative correlation of a number of antypodes and their volume (r= -0,95) was revealed (for H. vulgare). It was shown, that the plant hybrid genotype substantially affects forming of antipodal complex: from the heterosis display of all antipodal complex traits at the fertilization hybrid form H. vulgare x H. bulbosum to his complete degeneration at sterile forms. It was exposed, that expressivity of "number of antypodes" and "volume of antipodal nuclei and nucleoli" traits in cultural barley (H. vulgare) substantially depends on growing environments. The correlation availability of barley antipodal complex traits and the grain weight were ascertained.
