Essay

The dissertation is dedicate to questions at automation of process desalination water solutions with help of direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD). Dynamic mathematical model developed for process DCMD which takes into account changes velosity and temperature distribution by heigth and length DCMD modul. Simple mathematic model created for operate DCMD process, which takes into account change of mass transfer ability of membrane. The method of calculation initial distribution of membrane mass transfer coefficient and specification one use experimental data is developed. The calculation method of optimum technological and design data parameters offered to device process. The DCMD plant optimum control algorithm developed, which was part of process automatic control system, provides effective work membrane module with reception of a set quality solution.
