An object is the systems of the frequency and phase-locked loop; a purpose is upgrading systems of PLL, which function at the determined and casual questioner influences, by a self-reactance synthesis and use of digital fuzzy and PID - controllers; the methods - the theory of analogs, discrets and digital systems of automatical control; novelty - the results of researches are first presented by the method of mathematical design of the systems of the frequency and phase-locked loop with digital fuzzy and PID - controllers; results - a mathematical vehicle is developed for planning of the systems of PLL of enhanceable fast-acting and exactness; area - engineerings sciences.
