Essay

In according to studing interactions between transgenic potato plants and soil microorganisms it has been shown of arising of ecological risks which can be connected with possible uncontolled horisontal genes transfer. These genes are a part of genetic costructs which can be used for plant transformation procedures. The horisontal genes transfer can be realized as a process of gene flowing from recombinant bacteria cells of A.tumefaciens GV2260 to cells of other soil microbiota, in our experiments - P.fluorescens 7769. The other ecological risk can be appeared as possible increase of spreading of infec-tious areas after inoculation procedure of potato tuber discs for phytopathogenic fungus F.oxysporum. As other result it was shown a degradation processes as well total plant DNA as specific genes npt II and 35S which belong to the appropriate genetic construct. It was proposed to agroecological services as well as to research institutions to use methodological approaches to determine ecological riskswhen transgenic potato plants will be used in free agroecosystems.
