Object is – processes of financial investment resources motion in the economy of region. Purpose is – determination of effective and suitable to practical application conceptual approach to forming of financial capitals motion management strategy on a regional level for decreasing of ineffective outflow of investment resources abroad. Methods – scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, statis-tical and economic analysis, econometrical, programmatic having a special purpose approach. Novelty – the method of determina-tion and conceptually methodical approach, forced on reduction of financial capital unproductive outflow from a region is developed.
