Technological and theoretical bases of creation of porous thermoisolative material in the vortical apparatus are worked out and optimum modes of production are defined. Formula of new porous material composition and method of its obtaining is developed. Vortical apparatus for the production of granular porous vehicle is developed for production of granular thermoisolation material.
