Lutsyshyn V. Differentiated application of blocking intramedullar osteosynthesis at treatment of patients with dyaphysis fractures of femoral bone

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of ground and development of the differentiated approach and the blocking intramedullar osteosynthesis technology improvement with the aim to improve the result of treatment of patients with dyaphysis fractures of femoral bone. Blocking intramedullar osteosynthesis helps to recover the compensated blood supply of the damaged extremity in more early terms after the trauma. Worsening of the bone structure state at the patients with femoral bone fractures was found to be less in comparisson with those treated by MOS plates. Elaborated clinical-diagnostical algorithm of blocking intramedullar osteosynthesis gives a possibility to treat the patients depending of the severity, the level of the femoral bone dyaphysis fractures, osteoporosis and concurrent affections of internal organs. The blocking intramedullar osteosynthesis technics improvement decrease traumatics and terms of operation, x-ray load at medical stuff and patient, allows to execute blocking intramedullar osteosynthesis without the obligatory use of fluoroscope.
