Ulianitskaja A. Рathomorphological description afla (В-1)- and Т-2 mykotoksicosis еncephalopathology of cattle

Object - thenencephalon endbrain, its meninges and cerebrospinal fluid of cattle's aflatoxicosis and T-2 toxicosis. Aim - to define pathomorphological basis and pathogens of the nervous pathologies, which observed at cattle's aflatoxsicosis and T-2 toxicosis. Methods - pathomorphological, histocrystaloptical, clinical, histoсhemical. Novelty - The conducted research showed that encephalopathology develops in the cattle's aflatoxocosis or T-2 toxicosis. The component parts of encephalopathology are edema-swelling of cerebrum, and his shells and encephalopathy. The indicated elements are a result the action of the proper toxins on vessels, formings chorioidal plexus and feed-in a brain by blood. Application of histocrystaloptical method, identifying aflatoxin and T-2 toxin, allowed tracing the ways of distributing of these toxins in the process of development of the proper encephalopathologies.
