Essay

Structurization processes in the structural steel microalloyed by vanadium and influence of parametres of a heat treatment on structure and property of a wheel steel. Reception in railway wheels of a combination of high values of hardness, viscosity and wearing quality by perfection existing and workings out of new parameters of thermal hardening with simultaneous application of a microalloying became vanadium. Experimental, analytical methods, for an estimation of processes of structurization are used at various modes of thermal hardening of railway wheels. The structural condition of a steel providing a high complex stress-strain properties. New modes of thermal hardening are used by manufacture of railway wheels on iron-and-steel works of Ukraine.
