Object – an annual runoff of the rivers of Low Podneproviya. The purpose – working out of techniques of an estimation of water resources of Low Podneproviya in the kind natural and transformed by anthropogenesis activity. Methods – a method of water-thermal balance, the joint analysis of characteristics of an annual runoff, a method of plural regress, stochastic modeling, imitating stochastic modeling. Novelty – the decision of problems of a theoretical substantiation and practical realization of methods of an estimation of water resources of Low Podneproviya in the conditions natural and broken by economic activities on the basis of model ”a climate – a runoff”. Use sphere – application of geographical generalizations of characteristics of an annual runoff in standard documents by calculations of an annual runoff of Low Podneproviya, and also practical use in subdivisions of the State committee on a water management and in subdivisions of the State hydrometeorological service. It is introduced for useby the Kherson regional centre on hydrometeorology at service of the economic organizations of the Kherson area for an estimation of a condition of water resources of the small rivers.
