Volodkina N. Clinical and pathogenetic importance of changes in cytokine reticulum and microelement content in patients with gout

Research object - patients with different variants of gouty arthritis course, purpose - there is to prove the pathogenetic role of cytokine net and microelement status disturbance in the organism of patients with gouty arthritis, as well there is to develop prognostic criteria for the estimation of character of disease course and control after the conducted medical measures, methods - there are clinical, roentgenologic, ultrasonic, biochemical, immunoenzyme, atomic-emission spectrometric and atomic-absorptive-spectrometric, statistical, novelty - the level of trace elements has first determined in the hairs of patients with a gout, the pathogenetic role of changes of their concentrations in an organism and disbalance of cytokine net is well-proven at presence of different clinicoradiological signs of course of gouty arthritis, interdependence of cytokine level, trace elements and parameters of purine metabolism at such category of patients, results - criteria were sorted out for the estimation of course of pathological process and prognostication of disease therapy efficiency on the basis of study of proinflammatory and immunoregulatory cytokines in blood concentrations, and also trace elements - metals in the hairs of patients an gouty arthritis is, it was introduced in practice of rheumatological separation of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical union, in the therapeutic clinics of Institute of urgent and restoration surgery n.a. V. K. Gusak AMS Ukraine and Donetsk national medical university n.a.
