Sirenko O. European cedar pine (Pinus cembra L.) in Ukrainian: distribution, structure of population and protection

The thesis deals with the complex analysis of Pinus cembra populations in the Ukrainian Carpathians. Presence geographical distribution of Pinus cembra in the Ukrainian Carpathians is determined. New methods of population spatial distribution study are worked out. Possibility of description of steric distribution of species with normal Gauss low is shown. New patterns of specimens replenishment in populations are detected. The peculiarities of morphological and anatomical Pinus cembra mycorrhiza structure in the Ukrainian Carpathians are determinated. Present condition of Pinus cembra introduction in Ukraine is ascertained. State of Pinus cembra protection in Ukrainian Carpathians is analyzed and measures for its conservation are proposed.
