Essay

The criterion of belonging of Caratheodory matrix-function to subklass of functions which have pseudocontinuation to the exterior of unit disk is established . The description of a dilations set is obtaned for a function from this subclass. An arbitrary passive impedance system with losses of scattering channels is realized as a part of the conservative transmission system without losses. Stable passive impedance systems are investigated in terms of transmission matrices of the corresponding conservative transmission system.
