Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the conditions of creation and extraction of IA diclofenac, indomethacin, ketoprofen, and piroxicam with basic dyes and the possibility of using their chemico-analytical properties in analytical practice. The spectrophotometric and extraction characteristics of IA diclofenac, indomethacin, ketoprofen, and piroxicam with polymethyne dyes were determined. The influence of a range of factors on the electrochemical characteristics ISE was exposed. Taking them into account makes it possible to predict properties ISE and develop electrodes with the preset parameters. It was found that the interfering effect in the given system increases with the anion equation parameter (–delta Gaq). On the basis of the obtained results, the author has developed extraction-photometric and ionometric techniques for identifying diclofenac, indomethacin, ketoprofen and piroxicam in pharmaceutical preparations and other objects which are noted for their sensitivity, selectivity, and fast and good reproducibility.
