Essay

The major goal of the research is a systems analysis of playing folklore is carried out in Ukrainian verbal folk creation. Theoretical and methodological principles and the history of study of question of the Ukrainian traditional playing culture, are considered in the folclore studies. Explored genesis of folk game; the method of parallel analysis of signs and functions of ritual and game is offered. Certainly basic archetips motifs which carry out integration of playing tradition in verbal and unverbal folklore. A chart is developed for determination of basic playing elements, motifs and situations in the genres of folklore.
