Essay

Heat shock proteins Hsp60, Hsp70 and Hsp90 level dynamic in gastric mucosa upon experimental chronic atrophic gastritis and stress-induced ulcer were investigated. It was established that shaperones level were increased on different stages of diseases development. Also the level of TBA-reactive substances, as well as catalase and superoxidedismutase activities and apoptotic protein Bax and proliferation marker Ki-67 levels were determed. It may be summarized that Hsp60, Hsp70 and Hsp90 take place in molecular mechanisms of cytoprotection. Beside that cell localization of Hsp70 and Hsp90 in human gastric adenocarcinoma cells was studied and compared with Hsp70 and Hsp90 cell localization of normal mucous cells.
