Batura V. Diagnostics and treatment of epicondilopathy of humeral bone

Dissertation is devoted to the actual issue of orthopaedy and traumatology: the improvement results of treatment of patients with epicondilopathy of humeral bone on the basis of perfection and development of methods of diagnostics and differentiated approach to the choice of optimum method of treatment on the basis of analysis results of clinical examination and treatment of 201 patients with epicondilopathy of humeral bone. On material of study of ultrasound changes in the areas of epicondyle of humerus at epicondilopathy it was certain and systematized the basic ultrasound signs of disease. It was reveal prognostic value of ultrasound for the choice of medical tactic, namely operative interference. So at the considerable structural changes in epicondyle areas the chances of operative interference are grows. There was study the subfascial pressure in the areas of lateral fascial case of forearm at “tennis elbow”. It was developed and implantation the algorithm of complex treatment of “tennis elbow” depending on duration of disease, previous treatment and severity of ultrasound changes with the differentiated choice of method of operative interference
