Butenko T. Build-up a regional model of effective economy

Object of research: processes of managing in region. The purpose of research: formation of regional model of effective managing on the basis of theoretical generalization and empirical check of a hypothesis of investment growth of economy of region, methodical substantiation of rules directed on its realization. Methods of research: the system approach, logic abstraction, analysis and synthesis, analogies, statistical, systems of the national accounts, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: is profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules on formation of model of effective managing of region in modern conditions are advanced; the approach to region as to system is proved. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations, were used: in activity of Management of a coal industry Donetsk regional state administration, urban advice Krasnodon and Selidovo, state enterprise "Donbassantracit"; in educational process at teaching disciplines in SHEI "Donetsk national technical university" MES of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the regional structural-logic model of managing is offered, in which basis are fixed inside regional the factors and means of acceleration of investment growth in industrial region; the system of criteria of effective managing in industrial region in modern conditions is developed. Are advanced: a method of the analysis of structure of economy of region, approach to definition of reproduced proportions of regional managing, methodical approach to definition of an estimation of effective managing in industrial region. Has received the further development: The economic contents of concept "regional economic system", characteristics of regional models of managing, rule concerning efficiency of economic system, organizational maintenance of realization of regional model of effective managing. Sphere of use is the activity of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine; the regional centers innovations of development; senior managements of economy regional state administration; urban advice; research establishments, higher educational institutions.
