Razzhivin A. Automation of control process by a thermal mode of fusion in electrothermal furnaces

The subject of research: process of control by a thermal mode of fusion liquid metalin technological complexes "Furnace-ladle". The purpose - improvement of quality of metal and efficiency of fusion by control process automation by a thermal mode of fusion. Methods of researches are based on the automatic control theory, the equations of heat conductivity, neural control, the indistinct logic, adaptation and a supply with information. Novelty consists in working out of mathematical model of a thermal mode of fusion and algorithm of an estimation of thermal losses which provide definition of variable power of thermal losses and temperature liquid metal during the periods between measurements. Algorithms of an estimation information a database and a joint management are developed at integration of ACS TMF into existing ACS of complexes "Furnace-ladle". Practical results of introductions on Joint-Stock Company NKMZ and "АVTRAMAT" have allowed to reach accuracy of support to temperature 7 degrees., підвисить efficiency of fusion in 1.1 times.
