The results of the research of the regularities of the influence of the process of thermocycling on the structural formation of the diffusive layer under the thermo-chemical treatment of dusted powder of iron and under the sintering of powder materials are presented. On the example of the Fe-Ti system the influence of the thermocycling interval (850-950 C) , the speed of heating and cooling on the phase composition, structure and mechanical properties of dusted covering and sintered powder materials, was researched.
