Ob’ekt – a process of restructuring of regional industrial complex is in the conditions of market transformation of economy; purpose – theoretical generalization and methodological obruntuvannya principles of restructuring of regional industrial complex and determination of basic directions of his development; methods – modern positions of economic theory, scientific labours of domestic and oversea scientists, from the problems of restructuring of industrial enterprises, legislative and normative acts of Ukraine on questions adjusting of regional development; novelty – first obruntovano strategy of the innovative restructuring of the Poltava regional industrial complex and multilevel system of regional process control of the innovative restructuring on the basis of increase of intensity of activity of industrial productions and effective vikoristannya of internal and external factors; results – it is proved to practical suggestions in relation to the choice of type of restructuring of regional industrial complex depending on tendencies and proportions of territorial development; it is inculcated in economic practice.
