Oprysok M. Institutional factors of development and functioning of the systems of enterprising in the region

Research object: processes of development and functions of enterprising in the region in the condition of institutional factors. Aim: substantiation of the scientific and theoretical bases and principles of development and functioning of enterprising, working out the practical recommendation concerning the improvement of the system of support of small and medium business in the region. Methods: monographic, systematic, statistic and economic analysis, comparative, economic and mathematical modeling. Results: the model of functioning of Specialized Regional Fund of Support of Enterprising (SRFSE) has been proposed for the first time; the question of correlative analysis in order to find out stochastic links in the development of enterprising in the region has been improved; the structure of the SRFSE, the schemes of informational floods and the schemes of taking of Investment decisions have been improved as wale. Introduction: by Ternopil Regional Employment centre in order to determine the effectiveness of realization of the Program of employment of the people of the region ; Main Financial board of Ternopil Regional State Administration in order to determine the degree of connections of the regional budget, on the support of enterprising activity and the development of the region; in the educational process of the PHEI "Ternopil Commercial Institut".
