Severin M. Clinical-pathogenetic value of maintenance of metals in the organism of patients with osteoarthrosis

A research object - patient with different variants flows of osteoarthrosis (OA); a objective is an detection of pathogenetic value of violations of content of metals in an organism at OA, their relations with levels makro- and microelements in an environment, influences of concentrations of metals on efficiency of medical procedures at such category of patients; methods - clinical, radiological, ultrasonic, atomic-emission and atomic-absorption- spectrometry, biochemical, immunoenzyme method, statistical; novelty - the level of veritable, alkaline and alkaline-earth metals is first set in hairs and blood of patients with OA, the pathogenetic role of their concentrations changes is proved at presence of different clinical- radiological features of flow of disease, dependence of maintenance of metals in the organism of patients and flow of pathological process from the factors of environment, in particular, from the parameters of metals in soil and subterranean waters of areas of residence of people; results - on the basis of study concentrations of veritable, alkaline and alkaline-earth metals in hairs and blood of patients with OA, criteria are selected for the estimation of flow of pathological process and forecasting the efficiency of therapy of disease; it is inculcated to the practice of rheumatological unit of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association; in the therapeutic clinics of Institute of urgent and restoration surgery the name of V. K. Gusak AMN of Ukraine; and in Donetsk national medical university the name of M.Gor'ky; in the Donetsk center "Biotic medicine"; in the Donetsk city hospital № 17, and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university the name of M.Gor'ky; an area of the use is a medical-diagnostic process of rheumatological and therapeutic unit, educational process of departments of therapeutic profile of medical higher educational establishments.
