Object of research - miners-coal miners of different professional groups and workers of other trades, suffering reactive arthritis (ReA); the purpose - to increase quality of diagnostics ReA at miners of different professional groups in view of mountain-geological conditions of mines, to find out features pathogenesises of diseases and to develop criteria of forecasting of efficiency of medical actions; methods - clinical, radiological, ultrasonic, electrophysiological, biochemical, immunofermentical, statistical; novelty - features of current of defeats of the support-impelent device and extraarticulatic attributes ReA at miners of different professional groups for the first time are revealed in view of mountain-geological conditions of their labour activity and power loading on knee joints, features pathogenesis and efficiency aetiopathogenic therapies of disease at miners, influence on parameters of the inflammatory answer and their dynamics are proved during treatment of separate clinical attributes and factors of industrial activity of miners; results - there are allocated criteria for forecasting efficiency aetiopathogenic therapies ReA in separate professional groups of miners, the expediency of combined use in complex treatment of not steroid anti-inflammatory preparations and polyfermental mixes is established; it is introduced into practice of rheumatologic branches Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association; Therapeutic clinic of Institute of urgent and regenerative surgery named by V.
