Yatsuk Y. The Improvements of Metrological Characteristics of a Digital Thermometer on Working Exploitation Conditions

The dissertation is devoted to improve of metrological reliability increasing methodical on working exploitation conditions of digital thermometers, for standard and semiconductor temperature sensors. The analytical observation of existing methods and devices for modern digital thermometer realization and specific features of thermoelectric and thermo resistive and semiconductor digital thermometers designing was done at the dissertation job. The problems and probability of measuring transducers calibration on modern intellectual network were made too. A thermo resistive digital thermometer measuring loop errors was detail analysed. The dimentions estimation methodic of miniature thermo resistive sensing elements was detailed. The structures and job algorithms of digital thermometer for threewire connecting line and for errors automation correction was proposed in this job also.
